FISH BONELESS MACHINE
This machine adopts a knife band cutting method.The knife band cuts three pieces along the spineof the fish, greatly improving the yield. Afterdecapitation, the yield of raw materials can reach85-90%. The equipment shall be made of stainlesssteel and other non-metallic materials required byHACCP. As long as the raw fish is put into thefeeding port, the fish is accurately sliced andboned along the alignment center system of theequipment.
The output is 60-70 fish per minute, which issuitable for semi thawing and keeping fresh. Theblade is adjustable, and the belt knife can moveaccording to the shape of the bone.
