HASH BROWN PROCESSING LINE
The typical process of hash brown processing line includes the following steps:
Raw material preparation: Select high-quality potatoes or other potatoes as raw materials, and perform pretreatment such as washing and peeling.
Steaming or boiling: Steam or boil the pretreated potatoes to make them suitable for processing.
Mixing and seasoning: Mash the cooked potatoes into a puree, add appropriate seasonings and stir to form the basic flavor of hash browns.
Forming: Use a hash brown forming machine to press the stirred mashed potatoes into hash browns of regular shape.
Bating and coating: Baste and coat the hash browns as needed to increase the taste and flavor.
Frying or baking: Put the processed hash browns into a fryer or baking equipment for frying or baking until the surface is golden and crispy.
Cooling and packaging: Cool the fried or baked hash browns and package them as needed for storage and sale.
