1. Overview of the production line
The potato flour processing production line mainly includes steps such as raw material cleaning, peeling, slicing, grinding, starch extraction, starch drying, starch molding (milling), drying, cutting, and packaging. These steps are usually completed by a series of professional equipment to achieve an efficient and automated production process.
2. Main equipment
ØRaw material processing equipment:
Cleaning machine: used to clean the dirt and impurities on the surface of potatoes.
Peeling machine: remove the outer skin of potatoes by mechanical or chemical methods.
ØSlicing and grinding equipment:
Slicer: cuts potatoes into thin slices or small pieces for subsequent grinding.
Grinding machine: grinds the sliced potatoes into pulp and extracts the starch.
ØStarch extraction and drying equipment:
Separator: separates the solid and liquid of the mixture after grinding to extract starch.
Dryer: dries the extracted wet starch to obtain dry starch.
ØStarch molding (milling) and drying equipment:
Molding machine: makes potato vermicelli by extrusion, cutting, etc. of dry starch.
Dryer: dries the formed potato vermicelli to prevent adhesion and deterioration.
ØPackaging equipment:
Packing machine: Automatically pack the dried potato vermicelli for easy storage and transportation.
