1. Overview of the production line

Potato chip processing production lines usually include raw material processing, slicing, cleaning, blanching, cooling, frying, de-oiling, seasoning, packaging and other links. These links are interconnected by automated equipment to form an efficient and continuous production line.

 

2. Main equipment and its functions

Ø Raw material processing equipment

Elevator: used to lift raw materials (such as potatoes) to subsequent processing equipment, saving manpower and improving efficiency.

Washing and peeling machine: Automatically clean and remove the potato skin to ensure the cleanliness and taste of the raw materials.

Ø Slicing equipment

Slicer: According to product requirements, potatoes are cut into chips of uniform thickness to ensure the consistency and appearance of the finished product.

Washing and pretreatment equipment

Rinse machine: Remove starch and impurities on the surface of potato chips through a bubble generator.

Blanching machine: Heat the potato chips for a short time to make them softer and easier to fry later.

Ø Cooling equipment

Cooling line: Rapidly reduce the temperature of potato chips and prevent adhesion through bubble tumbling and fan drying to prepare for frying.

Ø Frying equipment

Frying line: Made of stainless steel, equipped with electric heating and fully automatic oil filtering system to ensure stable oil temperature and oil quality, frying potato chips with bright color and crispy taste.

De-oiling and seasoning equipment

De-oiling line: remove excess oil on the surface of potato chips to reduce the greasy feeling of the product.

Seasoning line: sprinkle the seasoning evenly on the potato chips through the roller and hopper, and mix the seasoning to enhance the flavor of the product.

Ø Packaging equipment

Fully automatic packaging machine: realize automatic feeding, weighing, bag making and packaging, improve packaging efficiency and product hygiene standards.
